On Saturday, December 7th from 5pm to 7pm, the Strawbridge Observatory at Haverford College is offering a Hands-On Public Astronomy Event. Rain or shine, everyone will love learning about moon phases with Oreos and jet propulsion with balloon races. Find out about dry ice comets and constellations. There will be plenty of tasty snacks and astronomically-inspired crafts! Depending on the weather, visitors will also be able to use the telescope to observe the moon, constellations, and stars.
