Chinese New Year Celebration


Usher in the Year of the Horse with the Philadelphia Museum of Art as they celebrate the Chinese New Year with events all day on Sunday, January 12th.  Enjoy a lion dance by the Philadelphia Suns followed by various performances from the Folk Arts-Cultural Treasures Charter School.  Observe calligraphy and paper cutting demonstrations and create your own Asian-inspired artwork in the Balcony Studio.  The celebration begins at 11:00am and is FREE with admission.
