Outside In has always been a popular, interactive exhibit at the Academy of Natural Sciences, but starting Saturday, February 8th, visitors will be able to experience even more. Since the beginning of January, Outside In has been undergoing renovations, and the Academy is very excited to reveal what they have been working on.
With a new coat of paint and carpeting, Outside In boasts added play areas and even more chances for hands-on learning. Climb into the Eagles Nest, play dress up with new costumes, examine various natural elements under a microscope with a giant screen, and so much more! Look for updates to old favorite,s as well such as the beehive, the fish pond, and the sandy beach.
As always, various critters will be on display to learn about and interact with. From reptiles to insects, children will be able to experience animals in ways they never have before. Outside In will continue to cultivate curiosity and wonder, once again proving that learning can be unbelievably fun.
